We pride ourselves on the quality of treatment and care we provide to our patients. Through patient feedback we are able to improve and develop what we offer to better meet patient’s needs.

Complaints Procedure

The Wholistic Medical Centre is committed to delivering a high quality service and endeavours to provide you with excellent personal and professional care at all times. We therefore encourage all feedback as part of our overall objective of pursuing continuous improvement and quality within the practice.

However, should there be times when your expectations are not met, our complaints procedure ensures that we respond to your concerns in a considerate and timely manner.

Please feel free to express any comments about our practice to a member of our team who will deal with your concern or complaint sympathetically and efficiently, in accordance with our procedures.

We are Care Quality Commission registered.

As part of our on going commitment to providing high standards of treatment to our patients, we are proud to be registered with the Care Quality Commission under the Care Standards Act 2000 as amended by the Health and Social Care Act 2003.
