Essential Nutrients



Some nutrients are said to be essential because the body does not have the means to make them. This together with our increased requirements from living in a toxic environment as well as our foods not being as rich in nutrients as they used to be makes it necessary to include the above as an all round general support. We encourage people to try different varieties of the above list so as not to become sensitised to the same brand or formulation

Beyond this basic list, some people may need extra individual vitamins and minerals and this is best prescribed under supervision following tests to measure for deficiencies or excesses of a certain nutrient. Vitamin C




Vitamin C serves a multitude of functions most especially to maintain the integrity of blood vessels and collagen. It also serves as an important antioxidant and helps improve our immune function.











Essential Fatty Acids

Essential Fatty Acids including Omega 3 fish oils and omega 6 oils are important for lubrication of the skin, joints and key organs including the brain. They help towards stroke prevention as a natural blood thinner as well as being anti-inflammatory in nature. They also help to clear heavy toxic metals out of the body and is therefore important to be sure that the fish oils you buy are not polluted with heavy metals.
