Where to Start?
Often, the most difficult part of the Wholistic Journey is finding the motivation, enthusiasm & ultimate decision to make certain changes, to replace bad habits with good habits & finally to have the discipline to maintain this in daily life.
Changing bad habits for good habits is not an easy task especially whilst in your normal work routine.
In order to make a start and feel encouraged to continue, my suggestion is to take a week off work as holiday and use this precious time to focus on making some simple changes to your daily routine.
Having made these basic changes and feeling an improvement as a result of your new routine, it is my experience that with continued motivation, organisation & discipline it is easier to maintain, even when thrown back into the challenges of a typical working day.
The rewards felt from this better routine make the changes so worthwhile.
