All our consultations (including telephone consultations) with Dr Daya are made via our reception (tel: 0207 580 7537) on an appointment basis.
Each consultation takes place individually in a private room. Please feel free to be accompanied by a relative or friend.
Our waiting room provides you with clean water to drink & reading materials.
We endeavour at all times to respect the privacy and dignity of all our patients with the policies and procedures we have in place regarding Data Protection and Patient Information.
All New Patient enquiries are offered a 10 minute free consultation on the phone with Dr Daya to help decide which consultation session is most appropriate for them.
Most appointments take between 30 - 60 mins.
Charges are per item of service. Time is allowed for that service and the actual time taken may be a little longer or a little shorter than the time allocated, depending on individual circumstances.
We ask all our patients to pay after each appointment, and to pay in advance for any items ordered in between treatments. We accept cash, cheques (payable to Wholistic Medical Centre Ltd) and payment cards.
Patients with medical insurance must make payment in full to the Wholistic Medical Centre and then make arrangements to reclaim the cost from their insurer.
Please allow at least at least 3 working days for processing your orders.
In order for repeat prescriptions to be authorised by Dr Daya, it is necessary to have a follow up appointment at least every 6 months to review your medication and current health condition. These appointments can be either by telephone or in person at our clinic and must be booked in advance.
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
We offer a full refund on unopened products if returned within 14 days from date purchased.
Children under 16 must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult.
If you have any mobility problems, please notify us in advance of your visit so that we can ensure that you receive help in entering the building.

Consultations and Prescriptions

Please note that Dr Daya is unable to prescribe supplements to you on a regular basis without follow up consultations to monitor your health.

It is also necessary for you to book a follow up consultation with the Doctor following any tests in order to be able to fully discuss these results in context with your individual case.
