Aims & Objectives

With our supervised & guided support, our goal is to educate & empower people to ultimately stay tuned in to their own body & feelings and find a way to maintain a healthy balance to life.
Our objective is to provide the care and medical expertise to enable our patients to achieve optimum health.
During this journey we aim to educate and encourage patients to be proactive in their own healthcare where self maintenance can finally be realised.
To achieve this goal we guide our patients through the following journey: -
The starting point, using the Bio-Meridian test, is about establishing what your toxic load is, where it is being stored, which organ is most under pressure and to introduce a drainage process to eliminate these toxic wastes and encourage some of the key organs back to their optimal function. This includes paying attention to the diet, avoiding certain food intolerances, supporting the digestion & liver function.
Evolving from this clearer & cleaner state, the next stage is to establish the main nutrient deficiencies to start building, nourishing and supporting the body. Blood tests are recommended particularly to establish levels of Iron and thyroid function. Saliva tests are recommended to measure adrenal & other key hormone levels. Specific tests using Functional Biochemistry are used to look, in more detail, at the brain chemistry to find that one key nutrient that will fix many different pathways that are out of balance.
Improvement is inevitable when layer by layer each level of priority is dealt with ultimately reaching the core level which is most often related to maintaining good digestion, liver function, hormone balance and lymphatic flow with the elimination of waste from the body.
Self Maintenance is now possible having established a better, healthier reference point, being free of many symptoms and recognizing early signals & factors that aggravate your symptoms as well as knowing exactly how to get back on track again – only seeking help once more when the obvious & basic foundations to health have been re-established and further advice is required.
"Therapy should be directed at getting people to know themselves - empowering people to help themselves. We, the practitioners, only act as catalysts in this process"
