Patient Survey
We pride ourselves on the quality of treatment and care we provide to our patients. Through patient feedback we are able to improve and develop what we offer to better meet patient’s needs.
Some of the changes made as a result of previous patient surveys include new private waiting areas, improved patient information and leaflets, better patient instructions, an improved telephone system, increased patient aftercare and longer appointment times.
