This new amazing treatment offered at the Wholistic Medical Centre helps alleviate all of these symptoms, giving an overall feeling of well being both physically and emotionally.
The treatment consists of 7 therapeutic grade oils which are massaged in succession into the reflex point relating to the top of the spine on both feet.
Each of these oils has a specific purpose to support the physical and skeletal structure of the body. We use Tru Essence essential oils which are stringently sourced and rigorously tested, ensuring that they are 100% natural.
The treatment costs £60 – it takes approximately 30 minutes including a 5 minute foot massage.
To further enhance the effect of the oils and relax the body, we offer an option of a full therapeutic reflexology treatment afterwards for just £30 extra (normally £45)

XenPod
The XenPod looks similar to a rebounder but is very different!

The XenPod is sprung differently to a normal rebounder, with more spring coils and is geometrically aligned in 15 degree angles and using the earth’s electromagnetic field, helps to restore the normal flow of lymph.
The XenPod is designed for gentle bouncing & not for jumping. Bouncing & breathing is the key to moving lymph. It is ideal to have at home to bounce on for 10 – 20 mins everyday to maintain this important function.
The springs are adjusted differently for the Northern & Southern hemispheres.
The mat is firmer & specially designed to remove static electricity and ground us.
