To Whom It May Concern:

Re: D F

This is to confirm that this delightful 55 years old patient suffers from an aggressive and advanced stage 4 right breast carcinoma.

Her diagnosis is right breast multi-focal, G3 T3 (60mm + 6mm) associated with massive axillary lymph nodes involvement (28/28 involved with exracapsular spread). Histopathology confirms ER 8, PR 3, HER2 –ve tumour. Her staging also demonstrated anterior mediastinal, right para-tracheal and right internal mammary lymph nodes involvement.

The patient underwent right mastectomy with axillary nodes clearance in November 2008. The patient is on hormone manipulation treatment only (Letrozole) and she did not receive any form of chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment following her surgery.

In spite of the aggressive nature as well as the advanced stage of her breast disease, I must admit that I am surprised to see that she continues to do extremely well and she remains in a very high spirit. Her follow up staging test and investigations showed improvement in her disease status although she did not receive the full adjuvant medical treatment.

I understand from the patient that she is also receiving some form of holistic medical treatment under the care of Dr Daya at the Wholistic Medical Centre since she had the initial diagnosis.

I personally strongly believe that this treatment, which she is receiving, must be contributing to a great extent toward the building up of her general immunity as well as her resistance in fighting her disease.

I have strongly advised her to continue with this form of treatment and I look forward with great interest to observe her long term response and prognosis.
