Consultations and Prescriptions
|
Please note that Dr Daya is unable to prescribe medicine to you on a regular basis without follow up consultations to monitor your health. It is also necessary for you to book a follow up consultation with the Doctor following any tests in order to be able to fully discuss these results in context with your individual case.

Repeat Prescriptions and Follow up appointments
|
Please allow at least 48 hours for processing of orders.
In order for repeat prescriptions to be authorised by Dr Daya, it is necessary to have a follow up appointment at least every 6 months to review your medication and current health condition. These appointments can be either by telephone or in person at our clinic and must be booked in advance.
- All consultations (including telephone consultations) need to be booked in advance with the Practice Secretary.
- A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations of less than 24 hours.
- We accept cash, cheque, credit and debit card payments (with exception of American Express).
- Payment should be made at the end of each appointment.
- Supplements or goods ordered by telephone between appointments should be paid in advance by credit/debit card where possible, to avoid delay in processing your order.
- Any items posted and invoiced should be paid in full within 14 days of the invoice date otherwise will incur a £10 admin fee (Cheques payable to Wholistic Medical Centre Ltd.).
- A price list of our services is available on request from the Practice Secretary.
